Creating a Methvin Account

1. Go to https://methvin.org and click Sign In.
2. On the login page, click Sign Up to create a new account.
3. Fill in the required details:
   • Full Name
   • Email Address
   • Password (Must be at least 8 characters long, include one uppercase letter and one special character)
4. Click Next.
5. Select at least one trade from the list provided and click Next.
6. Choose your Region\ and click Submit.
7. Your account will now be created. You’ll be redirected to the Login Page.
8. Log in using your newly registered email and password.
9. After logging in, you’ll land on the Portal Dashboard where your projects will be displayed.

Accessing & Editing User Settings

To update your account information:

1. Click on your profile icon or go to User Settings from the top right corner of the dashboard.
2. From here, you can:
   • Change your Password and other general account settings
   • Update your Selected Trades
   • Change your Region

Subscribing to a Plan

1. Go to Settings and select the Payments tab.
2. Choose from the available subscription plans.
3. Click Subscribe on your desired plan.
4. You will be redirected to the Payment Page.
5. Enter your payment details and complete the process.
6. Once successful, your account will be upgraded according to the selected plan.

Layout Preferences

Methvin allows you to customize how your estimate and takeoff layout appears:

1. Go to Settings > Preferences.
2. Select any preference option, use the check boxes to:
   • Change color of the line items in the bill of quantity table.
   • Apply Bold, Uppercase, Underline, and other formatting styles to your line items.
3. Click save.

Cancelling Your Subscription

1. Navigate to Settings > Payments.
2. Click Cancel.
3. You’ll be redirected to the Payment Management Page.
4. Click Cancel Subscription to complete the process.
