When a client provides a complex "Lump Sum Item" such as the construction of a "Bridge," Methvin allows you to convert this into a "sub-schedule item." By using the Pricing Module, any items pertaining to that sub-schedule will roll up to the client's item. Under the sub-schedule, you can add as much detail as necessary to price the item accurately. The client report will only reflect the "Lump Sum Item" as requested, ensuring clarity and precision.
